PowerShell Live will be taken down soon.
ShellTools has been involved in the founding of http://PowerShellCommunity.org and supports that for our community involvement. ShellTools has recently let Idera take over the development and sales/support of PowerShell Plus, and will be giving away PowerShell Analyzer for free. by the end of September you should be able to go to our new website at http://www.shelltools.net which will talk about the future products of ShellTools.
This site will be retired rather soon, but we need to extract some important information first.
